SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY NEW TECHNOLOGY LAW CENTER

The Syracuse University New Technology Law Center (“SUNTEC”) is the umbrella organization responsible for the operation of the NYS STLC, the Technology Commercialization Law Program (“TCLP”), and the Technology Commercialization Research Center (“TCRC”).

With the guidance and mentorship of faculty at the Syracuse University College of Law, students enrolled in the SUNTEC program play a major role in the NYS STLC’s research activities.  Through the support of the College of Law and NYSTAR, students who have successfully participated in the TCRC and are working toward certification from the TCLP, may apply for a Senior Research Associate position which provides a half-tuition scholarship for the third year of law school.
