As a part of our on-going support to companies and academic institutions, NYS STLC will research commercialization-related topics and publish non-proprietary reports on as a free resource. The subject of these reports can range from intellectual property to import/export to technology transfer among many others.
The purpose of the Lab-to-Market conference series is to create awareness and further understanding of the legal issues surrounding technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. These conferences address such issues as the protection and commercialization of intellectual property, technology transfer practices, patent, copyright and trademark law, and licensing agreements.
