Mr. McGuire is a member of the Syracuse law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC where his practice focuses in the area of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, computer law and technology transfers. Mr. McGuire has an Aerospace Engineering degree from Syracuse University and a Law degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Syracuse University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of New York, before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. McGuire is an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University Law School where he currently teaches Internet Law and has previously taught and/or lectured on patent, trademark and technology licensing law, Entertainment Law, Trademark and Unfair Competition Law, and Computer Law.
