Jessica Houghtaling holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Broadcasting from SUNY Oswego and an Associate’s of Applied Science in Electronic Media Communications from Onondaga Community College. She has experience in journalism, content creation, and social media. She is responsible for the NYSSTLC’s communications, media relations, social media, web maintenance, and the Innovation Review newsletter. She joined the NYSSTLC team in June 2022.
