Assistant Director, New York State Science & Technology Law Center
Patrick Cramer is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and the Innovation Law Center (ILC). As a student, he worked with the ILC as a Special Project Consultant, contributing to the Center’s interdisciplinary research and client advising. He later served as Program Manager, helping lead operations and support the Center’s mission of providing legal, technical, and business guidance to early-stage technology companies. Patrick’s experience reflects a strong commitment to innovation, intellectual property, and the intersection of law and emerging technologies.
